1.Q 1: Are you a factory or trading company?

   A 1: We are a professional manufacturer that produce and sell many kinds of motors.

2. Q 2:  Is there a MOQ for your motors?

    A 2:  No. we can accept 1 pcs order.

3. Q 3: Could you send me a price list?

    A3: For all of our customers, they may have different technical requirements like power, voltage, type etc. The price also varies according to different order quantity. So it's really difficult for us to provide a price list. If you can share your detailed specification and order quantity, we'll provide the price to you.

4. Q4: What type of payment you can accept?

    A: We only accept T/T. 30% T/T first, the balance payment should be arranged before delivery.

5. Q5: What kind of price can you provide?  
       A: Both FOB and CIF price we can provide.

1.Q 1: Which kinds motor products can you produce?

 A 1: We can produce all kinds of low voltage three phase asynchronous motor、explosion-proof motor、three phase  PM  synchronous motor、high voltage three phase asynchronous motor、servo motor of 20 series motors.

2. Q 2: How about energy efficiency grade of your products?

 A 2:  Our products can meet the level 3 (YE3 and YBT series)、level 2（YE4 and YBT4 series)、level 1(YE5 and PM series) of the energy efficiency limit value of GB18613-2020 standard.

3. Q 3: What is the power range of of your motor?

 A 3: We can produce the power range is 0.55~800KW.

4. What is the protection grade of your motor?

 A 4:  We have IP23 ( LY 、YTPM and Y series)   and IP55( YE3、YE4、YE5 and JPM seires)

5.  Q5:  what is the voltage of your motor?

 A5: We generally produce 6000V and 1000V for high voltage motor, 380V for low voltage motor. It can also be customized according to the customer's requirement.

6.  Q6:  what is the frequency of your motor?

 A6：We generally produce 50HZ motor.  It can also be customized according to the customer's requirement.

7. Q7: What kind of working environment is the motor suitable for?

Our motor working environment is -15-40°C and altitude below 1000M. It can also be customized according to the customer's requirement.
